One of its most beautiful attractions is the Pyramids of Giza built during the 2nd century BC. Clearly the most distinctive man-made structures ever created its Great Pyramid is considered one of the seven wonders of the world. The pyramids are a real marvel of Egypt’s ancient civilisation and tourists should also head to the Great Sphinx for another wonderful historical treat.

Probably the most famous stretch of water globally the Nile is the longest river in the world and tourists will enjoy the many cruises available including ones that take you to the Valley of the Kings. This historical site was where the country’s illustrious pharaohs were buried and includes the tomb of Tutankhamun.
Another great stretch of water worth visiting is the Red Sea where you’ll find some of the best beaches in the world. Head to Hurghada to find miles of perfect shoreline and waters filled with tropical fish becoming the natural home of divers and snorkelers.
